Order Processing

Once you place your order, we'll carefully prepare it for shipping. Most orders are processed within 1-3 working days
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 5-10 working days after they have been shipped.

Sometimes delivery may take a little longer during busy times, holidays or because of delays outside our control. If this happens we'll do our best to keep you updated.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If your address is incorrect and your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. we'll investigate with the delivery company and do everything we can to help.
